INSIDE THE MOMENT WITH MATT STUART: XIAOMI 13 ULTRA

We worked with renowned street photographer Matt Stuart in producing this short documentary-style content for Xiaomi mobile. We followed Matt through the streets of Amsterdam as he captured his trademark spontaneous shots around the city. The aim of the film was to show off the phone’s Leica camera lens: this is a camera phone, not a phone with a camera.

We cast 10 real models to help tell the story: creating loose scenarios with them candidly playing the part of cyclist with enormous bouquet, girls eating frites, man and bear…etc. We sourced locations to show the best of Amsterdam, with all its quirky angled buildings, cycle highways and bridges overlooking serene houseboats. The end result was a snappy masterclass in street photography, with Xiaomi at the centre of the action.
